There’s two main areas in Saint-Tropez that you’ll want to spend your time in: Old Town and Ramatuelle.
Old Town: located on the north side of St Tropez. This is where you’ll find the pastel colored buildings, luxury shopping, and famous harbor.
Ramatuelle: The southern side of St Tropez. Includes the sandy Pampelonne beach where most of the beach clubs are located!
Old Town is very easily walkable, but you won’t be able to walk to Ramatuelle. (It would take over an hour even if there were pathways suitable for it). You could elect to rent a car, or you can use taxi/uber.
If you choose to not rent a car, I recommend staying in Old Town and calling a ride whenever you’d like to leave the town. If you do rent a car, you have a bit more flexibility with accommodation!
Go Shopping: Every luxury designer store you could think of is here in the Old Town! Two of the best streets for shopping are Rue FrançiosSibilli and Rue Général Allard.
Wander the Old Town:Every street is straight out of a postcard here! Pastel facades, ivy and florals – it’s just beautiful. You could wander for hours!
Walk Through the Harbor: Look at all the super yachts docked in the harbor and daydream about owning one someday.
Hotel Des Lices:A stunning hotel with a beautiful ivy facade and iconic pool! We spent an entire day just lounging by the pool and enjoying drinks. The restaurant here is one of the highest-rated in St Tropez as well!
Airelles Pan Dei Palais: A gorgeous five-star luxury stay with beautiful interiors, a stunning pool, and private beach (reached by the hotel’s shuttle.)
Hotel de La Ponche: A beautifully designed hotel with views over the sea and city.
Designer Cafés: Louis Vuitton, Dior, and other designer pop-up cafés are such a cute place to get a coffee and a bite!
La Ramade: A magical dinner in a garden setting. The food is delicious, and you HAVE to try their tarte tropezienne! A St Tropez staple.
Homer: This famous little sandwich shop by the harbor has made waves on social media. Their lobster roll is phenomenal!
Cabane Bambou: The best beach club in Saint-Tropez! Absolutely gorgeous club on a beautiful beach, top-notch service, and incredible food and drink. This was our favorite meal in St Tropez.
Gigi’s: One of the most iconic spots in Saint-Tropez! Technically not actually on the beach, Gigi’s is more of a poolside club. Get a spot by the pool in the afternoon then head for an incredible dinner in the restaurant. Another one of our favorite meals!
