When you think of a luxurious and relaxing beach vacation, chances are you’re picturing Turks and Caicos. This beautiful oasis in the Caribbean makes the perfect tropical getaway. Let Seven Stars Resort host you on your next visit! Here’s my guide and review on my stay at this beautiful resort in paradise.
Know Before You Go
Best Time To Go: Turks and Caicos experiences warm weather all year round. The busiest season is from December to March, and low season is from June to November. We visited in August to experience fewer crowds, and the weather was absolutely perfect! Note: the rainiest month is generally November.

Getting There
Turks and Caicos is a fairly short flight from any city in the US. With direct flights from many major cities, it’s pretty accessible! If flying from Europe, British Airways offers a direct flight from London. We flew in from ATL (our home airport) and arrived after two short hours. There are a 40 different islands that make up Turks and Caicos, but we stayed on Providenciales, the largest. Providenciales is also where the main airport (PLS) is located,
We booked an airport transfer through the resort concierge. It’s only about a 15 minute ride between the resort and airport! The transfer fee is not included in your stay, and was about $20. (This fee might change depending on the time of year you’re visiting and demand of transfer services). These transfers do not accept cards, so make sure you have enough cash!
Accommodation
Seven Stars’ accommodations range from spacious junior suites for couples to three bedroom suites for families or groups of friends. Each room selection offers a private terrace or balcony, kitchenette, and marble bathroom.
Other room amenities include a Nespresso machine, plush robes, and a flat-screen TV (although you won’t need it with the beautiful views you get from your terrace)!
Room service is offered, and housekeeping will clean your room each day (unless you choose to decline).
Seven Stars also offers a luxury villa collection, including 22 private villas with their own private pool and stretch of sand.
Amenities
The Beach
Seven Stars sits on the beautiful white sands of Grace Bay, voted the world’s best beach. The crystal blue waters and luxuriously soft sands make for the most relaxing experience. Your accommodations include a luxury daybed with beachside service.
The Pool
Two pools are offered here at Seven Stars: a family pool, and an adults-only pool. While we like to spend most of our time on the sand, the adults-only pool was too stunning to miss. Its luxurious white beds and large umbrellas provide the perfect oasis to relax and unwind with a cocktail or book in hand. You will also receive poolside service for food and drink if you wish to indulge!
Water Sports
The calm waters of Grace Bay make it the perfect base for a variety of water sports, so when you’re ready to get active head over the watersports hut! Seven Stars offers complimentary paddleboarding, kayaking, snorkeling, and Hobie cats.
Turks and Caicos is home to the third largest reef in the world, making it a wonderful place to go snorkeling and see some of the colorful wildlife!
To use the Hobie cats, you are required to take a class or ride with an instructor. Even if you ultimately decide to take the class, I still recommend riding with an instructor at least once! He knew the best spots to stop and explore. This was so much fun and is a great way to get out on the water!
Make sure you take advantage of kayaking and paddleboarding as well to get your blood flowing. I definitely wiped out a couple times paddleboarding, but everyone else got a good laugh out of it.
Land Sports
Seven Stars offers a tennis court, outdoor basketball court, and pickleball court. If you want some time away from the sand and want to show off your competitive edge, take advantage of these amenities! If you didn’t bring equipment with you, don’t worry! Equipment is included at no extra charge.
Wellness
Enjoy a relaxing massage or facial at Seven Stars’ full service spa. View their full brochure of services here.
A fitness center is available to all guests, including cardio and strength training equipment. The resort also offers weekly yoga classes from 8am-9am. You can book a private yoga session through the concierge if you’re interested in a more intimate experience.
Boat Excursions
I highly recommend booking a boat excursion through the concierge. We chose a beautiful sunset cruise and it was one of our favorite experiences during our stay in Turks and Caicos! We ventured out on a three hour long cruise with rum punch, vibrant music, and a stop at a smaller island where we could explore. We finished the cruise by watching the sun set. It was the perfect day!
Eat and Drink
Seven
This award-winning restaurant features fresh local seafood, international flavors, and an impressive collection of rum. Seven opens in the morning as a breakfast buffet, but transitions into elegant fine-dining for dinner. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance here!
The Tasting Room: Enjoy a private dinner in the tasting room, a wine cellar featuring over 2,500 bottles of wine. Here you can enjoy a five course meal paired with wines chosen by a sommelier. This experience can be booked for 2-10 guests.
**Free breakfast?
The Deck
Situated right next to the white sand and blue water, The Deck provides a casual dining experience with excellent views. The menu includes salads, sandwiches, wraps, and grilled entrees. This menu is offered at the Deck restaurant, the pools, and the beach!
You can make a reservation here, but its definitely not required! We walked in several times and had no trouble getting a seat. (Keep in mind, we did travel here during low season.)
Tip: Order the BBQ Dusted Yucca fries. I dream about these fries regularly.
Private Dining
Seven Stars offers two private dining experiences: on a table in the sand, or a private beachside cabana. Both options will include a three course menu and a private butler to take care of you. You can set this up through the concierge.
NOTE: Seven Stars is not an all-inclusive resort. Food and drink will be charged to your room at an additional charge to be paid upon check-out. Excursions can also be charged to your room or be paid upfront.
Service
We received top-tier service during our time at Seven Stars.
Upon our arrival, we were immediately greeted with welcome cocktails and a warm cloth to freshen up after a day of travel. We were then escorted throughout the resort for a tour of its amenities before arriving to our room. If you arrive before check-in, the resort will store your luggage for you in the meantime and you will be able to use the resorts amenities until your room is ready.
The concierge here was fabulous and was so helpful in booking excursions, transfers, and providing recommendations for things to do during our time in Turks and Caicos!
I can’t speak highly enough of the poolside and beachside service here at Seven Stars. The servers are friendly, attentive, and make sure your beverage is never empty. They make excellent recommendations on food and drink (refer to my raving about the BBQ Yucca fries).
Overall, the service here is up to par with the quality of the resort and its luxury feel. Seven Stars is the perfect place to enjoy your visit in Turks and Caicos!
Other Things to Do
We spent quite a bit of time on the resort, but there’s plenty of other restaurants and things to do on the island!
Da Conch Shack: This iconic restaurant is situated right on the sands of Grace Bay and capitalizes on one of the most abundant foods on Turks – conch! If you’ve never tried conch before, I recommend starting with the conch fritters.
Infiniti Raw Bar: This oceanfront restaurant is located at Grace Bay Resort. It’s walking distance down the beach from Seven Stars. Enjoy their extensive wine list fresh raw bar in a sophisticated ambience.
