Temperatures are quite warm in St Lucia year round (around 80°F), and you’ll see beautiful weather most days.
The dry season runs from December to April, so you’ll see the most sunny days during this timeframe!
From June to November, rain is more common. This can range from showers to full on thunderstorms! We visited in August and had good weather about 75% of the time. Most rainfall occurred over a span of about 15 minutes, and resolved quickly.
You’ll see higher prices during the dry season, and find more deals during the rainy season!
Getting Around
The roads in St Lucia are treacherous to say the least. There are car rental services available, but I would highly recommend against it.
Many resorts and hotels will arrange a transfer service to/from the airport, as well as shuttles to attractions on the island. It’s a bit more expensive than a car rental, but I promise – it’s worth it.
Travel Requirements
